All orders are shipped by our logistics partner Australia Post using e-Parcel and e-Parcel Express. Australia Post's logistics services provide dependable, quick, and trackable delivery. All orders above $69 are delivered freight free. Orders under $69 are delivered for a fixed fee of $6.95 anywhere in New Zealand.
When will I receive my order?
Same Day Dispatch: All orders received before 12 pm Monday through Friday (excluding Queensland Public Holidays).
Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes. Australia Post orders are receipted to verify that you receive them and must be acknowledged by you or your agent upon delivery. If no one is available to accept your item, the delivery person will leave a card directing you to a local Post Office.
