Shipping & Delivery Information
At Be Daring, we provide flat-rate delivery on all orders, utilising Australia Post across New Zealand. When orders are sent, tracking information will be provided. We use the discrete description "B-Shop Online" billing name, which will show as "the sender" on your shipment beside our address. B-Shop Online is also the firm that shows on your credit and debit card statements at your option.
Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $12 for orders nationwide using freight carriers and couriers.
You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout. Please be aware that shipping is calculated on the cost after any discounts or coupons are applied. Same day dispatch
All orders received before 12 pm are shipped the same day Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays.)
Parcel Tracking
Australia Post collects parcels from our warehouse every day for rapid, precise delivery throughout New Zealand. Upon shipping, Australia Post will send you an email with a link to follow the progress of your delivery. If you are not at home, Australia Post will alert you using the AusPost app, email, or SMS*. If your parcel was not successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.
Express Shipping Requirements
We currently do not offer express post on our website
Cancelling Orders
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Visit our Contact Form or call 1800-666-069. If you notify us before your item is sent, we will cancel it and reimburse you with the same payment method you used to place it.
However, if your purchase has already been processed by our warehouse crew, we will not be able to cancel it and must handle it as a return.
If your order has already been sent and/or delivered, please use our returns form to return it.
If the order packaging is not opened, we will give a refund within 30 days of your cancellation. If the order box and goods have been opened, we will not be able to give a refund for health and safety concerns.

What Are the Delivery Charges?
We ship all items through our logistical partner, Australia Post. Australia Post's logistics services provide dependable, quick, and trackable delivery. All orders above $69 are delivered freight free. Orders under $69 are delivered at a fixed charge of $6.95 anywhere in New Zealand.
When Will I Receive my Order?
Same Day Dispatch: All orders received before 12 pm are shipped same day Monday - Friday (excluding Queensland Public Holidays.)
Orders to New Zealand will take up to 5 Business Days.
Do I Need to Sign for My Order?
Yes. Australia Post orders are receipted to verify that you receive them and must be acknowledged by you or your agent upon delivery. If no one is on hand to receive your delivery, a card will be left by the delivery driver advising you to collect from a Post Office nearby.
Do You Provide Discreet and anonymous Delivery?
We take pleasure in our discreet, anonymous, fast, and trackable delivery, which will not reveal the contents of your item or where it originated. To protect anonymity, our name (Sender) will show as "B-Shop Online". This is the same firm that will display on your card statement. All of our items are sent in safe and discreet Australia Post postal packaging.
